For years Heritage has been praying for the continent of Africa with a strong focus on the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). God challenged our faith when He spoke to a young Congolese man; Edouard Tende, to start a French Speaking Community (Communauté Francophone) in the greater Cincinnati area. French speaking people in Northern Kentucky? Since then it has been discovered that several hundred Congolese families have immigrated and settled just a few blocks from Heritage Fellowship and the Communauté Francophone was started and continues to grow every week. It is our belief that every human being should be filled and lead by the Holy Spirit. Joel 2:28 says, "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions…"
