The New Year has made its Grand Entry and we have not greeted it without our Shields of Faith. Hello 2024, we are so glad you came. These are notes from Sunday Morning’s message:
FAITH FOR 2024
I FELT I SHOULD SHARE THEM WITH YOU TO BRING US INTO AGREEMENT IN REGARD TO THE THEME FOR OUR CORPORATE FELLOWSHIP FOR THIS YEAR.
VERSE FOR THE YEAR:
… “By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised” (Hebrews 11:11).
LET’S CHOOSE TO JUDGE GOD FAITHFUL IN 2024 AS A CHURCH. HOW CAN WE DO THAT?
- DOUBT OUR DOUBT’S AND BELIEVE OUR BELIEF’S
- FAST DOUBT
- WE CHOOSE TO STAND ON THE PROMISES OF CHRIST OUR KING, THROUGH ETERNAL AGES LET HIS PRAISES RING, GLORY IN THE HIGHEST, I WILL SHOUT AND SING STANDING ON THE PROMISES OF GOD.
- CONFESS DAILY, “MY GOD CAN DO ANYTHING.”
- LIKE FATHER ABRAHAM, WE BELIEVE, “WHAT GOD HAS PROMISED HE IS WELL ABLE TO PERFORM.”
- REMEMBER, “FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD, BEING ALONE.”
NOW LET ME GIVE YOU A PRACTICAL APPLICATION, OF THIS MESSAGE. GOD’S PROMISES ARE YEA AND AMEN.
“Therefore, from one man (ABRAHAM), and him (ABRAHAM) as good as dead, were born as many as the stars of the sky in multitude — innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore” Hebrews 11:12).
HERE IS HOW THE DOUBTER IS GOING TO HEAR THIS MESSAGE:

TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART AND LEAN NOT TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING. IN ALL YOUR WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AND HE WILL DIRECT YOUR PATHS… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
MY GOD SHALL SUPPLY ALL OUR NEEDS ACCORDING TO HIS RICHES IN GLORY, BY CHRIST JESUS… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
ASK AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN YOU… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
KNOCK AND IT SHALL BE OPENED… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
SEEK AND YOU SHALL FIND… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU AND MY STRENGTH IS MADE PERFECT IN WEAKNESS… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
GREATER IS HE WHO IS IN YOU, THAN HE WHO IS IN THE WORLD…
EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
HE THAT GOETH FORTH WEEPING, BARING PRECIOUS SEED, SHALL DOUBTLESS COME A GAIN REJOICING BRINGING HER SHEAVES WITH THEM… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
TRY ME AND PROVE ME SAITH THE LORD AND SEE IF I WILL NOT OPEN UP THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN AND POUR YOU OUT BLESSINGS THAT YOU CANNOT CONTAIN…

ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO HIM THAT BELIEVETH… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
HUMBLE YOURSELF UNDER THE MIGHTY HAND OF GOD AND HE SHALL LIFT YOU UP…

BUT AS LONG AS HE SOUGHT THE LORD GOD CAUSED HIM TO PROSPER…
EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
HE WAS WOUNDED FOR OUR TRANSGRESSIONS, BRUISED FOR OUR INIQUITIES, THE CHASTISEMENT OF OUR PEACE WAS UPON HIM, AND BY HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED…
EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
CALL UPON ME AND I WILL ANSWER YOU AND SHOW YOU GREATER THINGS THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW… EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
SEEK THE LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND, CALL UPON HIM WHILE HE IS NEAR…
EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES.
IF ANY TWO AS TOUCHING ANYTHING ON EARTH AGREE IT SHALL BE DONE…
EXCEPT FOR MRS. JONES AND SOMEONE ELSE.
Do you get it? Do you understand that we can disqualify ourselves from the promise, by negativity?
We walk by faith and not by sight. In 2024 we will choose to believe what God has promised He is well able to perform. Like Sarah, this is our faith confession.

“SHE JUDGED GOD FAITHFUL WHO HAD PROMISED.”
