JUSTICE IS ONE, EVIL IS MANY

Occasionally, I see co-existence bumper sticker on a car, and when I do, I think to myself that I have never seen a bumper sticker like that in Jerusalem, Saudi Arabia or Eastern Europe. Islam is not interested in that ideological philosophy. As a matter of fact, if you put that sticker on a car in Syria, you probably would not make it out of town alive. This is also true in regard to many of the other Islamic nations. It is interesting to me that even though man thinks there could be more than one way to God, they are totally wrong. A.W. Tozer had this to say about the subject: “Jesus is not one of many ways to approach God, nor is He the best of several ways; He is the only way.

During this season of the year as believers we celebrate more than days on a calendar. We celebrate our faith in the faithfulness of our loving, caring God. There is only one way to peace, and that is through the power of the Cross. On a daily basis we are reminded of the fact that EVIL IS MANY; however, I want to remind you of the need to focus on the cardinal truth which is JUSTICE IS ONE. Evil and justice have always been diametrically opposed to one another. It is nothing new.

Psalm 37:12, “The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.” It is always wise to remember this: Justice is a part of the nature of God Himself.

“Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne, mercy and truth shall go before thy face”, Psalms 89:14.

“The curse of the Lord is on the house of the wicked, but he blesses the habitation of the just”, Proverbs 3:33.

Your house is blessed today and throughout the entire holiday season.

I believe in you!
